What is the minimum order?
Our minimum order is for 1 card

How do I send my photos and personal text I want included on my card(s)?
When you order your cards, fill in the order form with all your details, including the persoanl text you wish to use for each section (front, inside and back). On the form there will also be two upload fields for you to upload the front and back photographs. If you have any problems using the order form you can simply email the text and photographs to us This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it please ensure you label the photos and text so we can put them in the right positions.

In what format should my digital photos be uploaded?
You should try to upload the best quality photograph you can in jpeg (jpg) format. Jpeg format is the usual file setting in most digital cameras. If you have another format please contact us and we can advise you if we can use it, in most cases we can. Please remember that the better the quality of photograph you send the better the reproduction results on your cards. jpegs should be in RGB mode not CMYK.

What kind of photo works best?
Use natural light rather than flash if possible. Outdoor shots are often best. But generally any photo can be used. Use your eye and pick a clear, well framed photogrpah with no redeye and it will print perfectly.

Do you adjust the uploaded photo in any way?
The only adjustment we make may be to crop the photo so it can fit into your choosen card design. So please ensure the photo you upload has good photographic properties. If you want us to perform photo retouching such as redeye removal, colour and contrast adjustment or other high end photo adjustments such as removing backgrounds or features from the photo this will be charged according to our photo retouching fee. Please contact us for more details.

Can I change the wording or photos once I've paid?
Yes, of course you can. After you have uploaded or sent us your wording and photos. We will email you a final proof of how your card will look. If you are not happy, reply to the email stating your changes. We will then make the changes and email you an amended version for your approval. Unfortunately after you have approved the card, no changes can be made without incurring a fee.

What if I change my mind and wish to cancel the order?
Before Approving - Should you wish to cancel your order before you have approved your design we will refund any payment you have made. Please note a cancellation fee of £5 will be deducted from your refund.
After Approving - Completed orders are non-refundable and returns are not accepted. Once the card has been printed we are not able to make changes or refund your money.

Are envelopes included?
Yes, 100gsm white square greetings card style envelopes.

How quickly will I receive a proof of my card design?
We will send you an email proof of your completed design including your photos and wording within 24hrs. This proof will be in pdf format - please click here to download a free copy of the software. Most mordern computers purchased in the last 5years should already have this software pre-installed. If you havent received your proof by email, please check your junk or spam folder and then contact us.

How long does it take to print my cards?
We aim to print all our cards within 48hrs of receiving your approval and despatch on the next working day. Please note we cannot proceed to print unless you approve your order!!

When will my cards be delivered?
Delivery should normally take 1-3 working days from despatch. In the unlikely event of non-delivery, please allow up to 14 days before contacting us, as we do need to allow for occasional postal delays. How do I track my order?
You can track your order status using the link on the confirmation of order email which you received.

What are your postage charges?
Zero, Zip, Zlich!! All our postage is FREE.

Can I order extra cards if I run out?
Yes, simply contact us and we will send out payment instructions via email. You will need your reference number which is on the back of your cards.

Can I rely on a quality product?
All our cards are printed on high quality 300gsm greetings card material with a glossy finish on both sides. The high quality gloss make your photographs look beautiful. If you would like to receive samples before you order, go to our samples page and enter your details..

What happens if Im not satisfied with my cards?
Customer satisfaction is our prime concern and in the rare case of disappointment we will do all we can to put the matter right. Please contact us.

What are your payment methods?
We accept all the major credit and debit cards. All orders are processed using the secure Paypal online payment system. You can either order directly online or we can send you a email invoice.

Are my credit card details secure?
All transactions are completed securely through Paypal. We do not carry out your credit card transaction on our system or indeed ever have sight of your details. Paypal online payment system is the most commonly used and secure payment system online. When you are ready to pay for your order you will be transferred to the Paypal servers. All communication is encrypted and uses https. Once your card details are accepted the Paypal server sends a confirmation message to our site. We never have access to your credit card details.

What do you do with my personal information including text and photographs?
The personal information that you provide, including any names, address, personal text and photographs will be used solely for processing and completing your order. We will not share your details with any third party. Card designs will be stored on our online secured server for 3 months in case you wish to reorder. After that time these will be deleted and you will have to resubmit your wording and photographs.

What about the photo cards displayed on your website, will my card be displayed?
All cards on the website use stock photography and fictional wording. Please rest assured your card will not be displayed on our website or shared with any third party.

Is VAT included in the cost of the cards?
Yes, all relevant taxes and delivery are already included in the cost of the cards.
